My money got debited from the bank but was not credited to my Ola Money. How do I solve this issue?

Generally, this happens when the communication from bank/payment gateway wasn't received at the time of payment. In such cases, we receive a confirmation from the bank/payment gateway later and then we initiate a refund for the payment to the your account.

You will receive an email from us notifying you for the same. This generally takes about 3-5 days for credit/debit card transaction and 7-8 days in case of netbanking.
